We were engaged by a diversified real estate investment trust (REIT) that owns and develops healthcare real estate, to create a Quickbase solution that allows them to effectively track and manage their nationwide portfolio of properties. The Client used this PDF Generator in order to create branded, aesthetically consistent, PDF Reports used by their Executive Team to make strategic decisions such as selling, renovating, or keeping the asset status quo. The Report (“Asset Plan”) includes several non-native charts and graphs, summarized and qualitative data. In addition, the Client required a custom Map solution that utilized and consolidated data from their Quickbase App and visually displayed it in a custom Map. Toggle filters for radii, competitors, regions and map colors, was built to improve user’s interaction experience. Both the PDF Generator and the Custom Map required custom code, hosted on an external server.

The CCPA Compliance Tool is a custom web application that seamlessly interfaces with Quickbase for Dashboards and Reporting. The Tool was built for a Fortune500 software company with millions of customers predominantly in the United States and is used by their Privacy, Risk, Legal, and Compliance Teams to manage the fulfillment process of consumer’s access and delete requests.

My team and I developed a streamlined App and User Interface for time entry across multiple projects and tasks. A User can add/edit/view multiple time entries in a single UI which improves time entry efficiency. The App also reduces data entry errors with conditional filtering, data validation, and can maintain consistency with a company’s business policies and procedures.

Legacy Flooring, an independent, family owned installation provider for Lowe’s, needed to modernize its internal operations and eliminate the burden of manual double data entry between its Quickbase system and Lowe’s Installation Management System (IMS). This allows the Mobile App to include functions such as barcode scanning, photos, videos, GPS tracking, and date/time stamping. The Offline Mobile App can be downloaded via iTunes or GooglePlay and is compatible with both Android and iOS devices.

App Management Portal (AMP) Intuit Corporation needed a structured way to evaluate and reduce the growing number of Quickbase applications created across its business units. My team delivered a custom Quickbase application that collected usage metrics and guided administrators through a structured review process. I acted as the lead designer and coordinated design operations across a five-person technical team, ensuring the system aligned with Intuit’s design standards and decision-making needs. My role went beyond user interface design to shaping a cohesive experience that operated reliably within Intuit’s enterprise environment.

JLL’s Yearout Mechanical’s quoting process relied heavily on email exchanges and locally stored Excel spreadsheets maintained by individual sales representatives. Because these files were not managed within a centralized system, historical quote data was fragmented and often inaccessible to the broader organization.

The Custom Map Tool was created for a diversified real estate investment trust (REIT) that owns and develops healthcare real estate for Life Science, Senior Housing and Medical Office tenants. It allows them to gain visual insight into their properties, competitors, and county-level data. Various layers of data can easily be toggled on and off based on predefined filtering criteria.

My team and I developed Key Performance Indicator (KPI) Tiles utilizing native Quickbase features and functions to visually display data from the App. The Tile coloring is conditional and provides insight at-a-glance and is a great summarization and accompaniment to native Quickbase Reports.

The Multifile Uploader is an easy to use drag and drop tool that allows end-users to upload and categorize multiple documents at once. This tool can be integrated directly with a Quickbase App, a file repository system such as Box, or an internal server to store documents outside of Quickbase should the client have a need to do so. The Multifile Uploader gives the end-user the ability to categorize files for improved search-ability and organization.

Our Web App allows the creation of mobile-friendly custom dashboards that provide great high-level insights for executives. No need for external servers, these dashboards are hosted inside Quickbase Code Pages.
